HOW DO I SCHEDULE A PICKUP AND DELIVERY SERVICE?
We've made it easy for customers to schedule a pickup online. Simply click the 'Schedule A Pickup' button, and click on 'Create Your Account' link. You'll then enter your Zip code to confirm that we service your area. If yes, choose your pickup and delivery dates. Then sit back and relax as Safi Laundry works for you.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY LAUNDRY IS PICKED UP?
Our driver will bring your laundry to our processing facility in San Jose where our highly skilled attendants will separate, and then wash, dry and fold the laundry. We only use hypoallergenic detergent and dryer sheets for all orders. Our orders are always next day, so you will receive your laundry the day after pickup. During this time, you will receive text message updates through the entire process until your laundry is delivered.
DO YOU OFFER DRY CLEANING SERVICES?
Unfortunately not. At this time, we only offer standard wash and fold services to residential and commercial customers.
